RE: openoffice vs microsoft works
undefined? Im not asking for end results... Just user opinions on both? Which do people think work better? I know open office has just released UK dictionary, so its looking more favourable for that one in my eyes...

RE: openoffice vs microsoft works
Open Office is more powerful than Works. It is also 95% (in my opinion) with full-blown MS Office apps, without the painful price tag.
Of course, for quick notes and whatnot, I still prefer using a less burdensome text editor like Notepad or Wordpad, but if I require formatting and such, then I will use Write. Contaminating the Internet since 1996

RE: openoffice vs microsoft works
I have read that MS Works is being discontinued as of recent. Openoffice ftw.
